Well it stayed in 4 wheel even when it was in 2 wheel mode. I tried stoping and backing up and putting it in'N' and it would not come out. The light was still on and it was in 4 wheel. So when I got to work I turned off the truck then I turned it back on with the knob in the 2 wheel position. Then I heard two loud bangs then it was back in 2 wheel.

Then you can stop put the truck in neutral and then puch the 4LO button. The truck will not go into 4LO without first being in 4HI.
