Yeah, most likely. If you get it and hate it, Tenicor will surely switch it out for the Certum for you. I have the Certum and added a foam wedge to the back of it, but I wanted the flexibility of the Certum, even though I only carry AIWB. A lot of people on here have complained about the velo's plastic wedge saying it can get a bit uncomfortable.

I usually use the Tulster because it’s a single clip vs the stealthgear’s double clip. I ordered a Tenicor Velo 4 for my M&P Compact. I’ve heard great things about Tenicor, but the Velo 4 didn’t meet my expectations for $105 so I returned it. I have the phlster pro right now and because of my stomach I need a little more wedge, but no audible click is another thing that worries me about my phlster. It’s basically the same thing but it doesn’t have the body contour wedge (I’ve had bad luck with wedges). It’s adjustable so can be used at appendix or 4:30. And the best part is the lux.
