PS: Meso farming with 100% meso gear, drop gear 66%+, 13% meso inner, phantom bonus, WAP, legion wealth and frenzy totem. On legion + wealth I was making between 750-800m depending on focus/channel lag on Reboot. I think that would be around 350m/hr for you. Wouldn't even try to meso farm until at least arcana.
