The electronics in your 288 look to be the same as those in the Model 295 I have. Amp150, and tuner/preamp 5201, and the Collaro changer. There is information available on the Yahoo Magnavox Friends site on the Amp150 and a schematic of a 5401 tuner/preamp which appears to be similar to the 5201 except with a stereo audio section.Stylus doesn't go by unit model #.
