Bought truck about 2 months ago, it was blown, needed new rods and bearings. crank as well. Verified that it had power and checked the mileage, was never able to fully turn it over. So...here I am, engine rebuilt, dropped, mounted, gets power. no crank no start. checked grounding wires, and starter, put power to batteries. nothing.

My LML would pretty much instantly start within less than a second of cranking when not freezing cold. I'll have to time them and see if there is really a significant difference or just seems like a long time to me.

Loss of power, stuck in gear, hard shifts especially going Into reverse. I believe a bad tcm can also cause a no crank aswell but not 100% sure on this.

Quncy, Fl. Sep 28, 2010. #3. A bad injector that white smokes will not show up on the balance rates. One way to rule it out would be to use the DVT and control pressure. Ramp it up 1 kpa at a time until it goes away. Then turn off controls and watch it come back in about ten seconds.

Ended up being a lgh, out of a cab chassis 2013, everything matched up other then one egr plug. But being as egr is deleted it shouldn't be a huge deal, the truck cranks but won't fire up.Remove the egr valve. U don't not need to remove alot.of stuff. Remove the hose coming off the pressure regulator number 2 and plug it off on the return hose side. Put the other end into a container and crank the engine. Really shouldn't be any fuel coming out of it.
