THOR #23724. Lippert jack problems. Our motor home is a 2021 Thor Outlaw and is equipped with the LCI Lippert leveling system. The problem we have is the control panel turns on as it should and the manual light comes on when pressed but then when you press directional arrows nothing happens, this is also the same when you try the automatic button.

The BCC kills the power to the module when the ignition is on, thus the One control system can not see it on its CAN bus so the icons for the slides & awning are not visible.
The Lippert control panel on the dashboard for the hydraulic jacks has no power. I've checked the fuses and breakers, all okay. Lights won't come on so I assume there is no power at all. Check under the steps inside the coach. There is a resettable breaker for the slides and levelers in there.
