Posted September 4, 2010. I had a 68 Loadstar with that engine. The filter used is a Baldwin B167, thread is 1"12 threads per inch. Ironically, I had a TD8-E dozer about that time and it used the same filter. I went to Baldwin's site and it says a pickup would use a B2 which is like a PH8A Fram, but the larger trucks used the B167.
