I just chain discord and use my hail to wreck some face. I go through the air strike skill in ordered chaos, then all the way through LBT, and the rest of my points go in BFF. It doesn't have the brute power of an anarchy build, but its still pretty powerful and I don't have to deal with getting stacks back.

By not using Anarchy, you are crippling Gaige's damage potential. 1.75% Gun damage times either 150/400 equals death. And with ricocheting bullets you can fire from cover.
