It really depends honestly. From my experience a steady crit chance outdoes a low crit chance that has a higher multiplier. It depends also on how many bullets and how fast the weapons shoots. A high RoF rifle will perform differently compared to a Bow or a Sniper with the same crit chance. I usually take Argon Scope if point strike is not enough.

IIRC, there are 3, so if you keep running the bounties when Point Strike is out of rotation, you'll never get it. The rewards are picked after each successful round, and the number of rounds depend on the bounty level, ie, 3 successful rounds = 3 rewards. You also have to see the whole bounty through to keep the rewards, unless you extract ...
My understanding is that in most cases (standard Impact/Puncture/Slash weapon) Primed Fever Strike should be superior, as: - it adds another element (useful for Condition Overload) - it adds Toxin, which usually provides better flat damage result than IPS (good against Ferrite Armor and Flesh which is more common than Robotic or Fossilized)
