I have done that several times over the span of an hour. I hunplugged and replugged it in. And I have held the power button for 10 seconds to restart it as well. Hold it for 10 seconds to factory reset it. Perform the pairing procedure specified on the wireless settop box. Physically separate the WAP from any other WiFi equipment. You can try a soft reset but if that doesn't do it remove power to the router for 10 seconds then give it 5 minutes.
