This is my first mod so I cannot guarantee this won't somehow explode, though I've tested it and it seems to work without issue. It's just a simple recipe mod after all. you earn honor by doing Empire's quests, or selling prisoner/slave/gold to the tribute collector traders. once you reach certain honor count, you get titles, which come with new psylink lvl. or if you dont get psylink lvl from tree or empire, there's be quests with neuroformer as reward every ~40 days. never had those neuroformer quests.

One thing that needs to be said is why this happens. When you gain an Imperial title, the bestower is set to upgrade that pawns psylink level to the level associated with that title. If you go from Yeoman to Baron in one go, for instance, you'll actually go up to level five rather than level two. The game won't downgrade the psylink, of course ...
