My oculus is glitching.
For the last few weeks I've noticed a weird flickering/clipping? issue with the virtual deskop. It's almost like there's a window behind it clipping through whenever I move my head a certain way. It was incredibly annoying getting past the screens with this issue, if you can't get to the guardian settings, possibly try to turn of headset tracking first also in the settings, it should make everything stop glitching for the time you need to reset the guardian history :) 1.
