Once replaced, then using the OBD tool, you can delete the fault codes and then be able to shift into all the gears. The Throttle Plate/ Bore Inspection might be worth a look. If you have the stock intake, it is very easy to remove the rubber intake tube from the throttle body. Tom - here's another thing you can try - the Transmission Control Module (TCM) and the Starter relays are identical - they are located in the Power Distribution Center (PDC) which is underhood on the driver's side.
