Here's one I can speak from experience on. I own both. The Ultra Carry is a stainless model with alloy frame and of course the Glock I reference is the 36. Kimber weighs 25.0 oz. and 8 rounds capacity. Glock 36 weighs 20.0 oz. and 7 rounds capacity. Side by side they both carry great. About the same size too.

I have been looking at buying either a Colt Defender or the Kimber Pro Carry II. I have never owned a Kimber, but have come to the conclusion that the Kimbers are fine firearms per Kimber owners I have talked with.
