The rpm goes up and down 100 to 150 rpm just idling with blades off. It idles rough when blades are on also. I have put a new fuel filter, plugs, and air filter on it.

Have tried obvious... secondary throttle valves, ok, movement ok, TPS ok, other sensors ok, Next step is to "fool" the EFI and bypass the O2 sensors and make a false sinus signal that keeps the fuel more or less steady.
