Playing 7 on 7 football is a great way for the kids to stay in shape during the winter, spring and/or early summer. Playing baseball in the spring is fine, but it does not put the kids through football type drills and motions. I push all my players to enroll in a 7 on 7 flag football league to stay in shape and prepare for the fall.
