The event happens only a few times every day (with the exception of days where the Terminal Overload and the Strike Force would overlap, where Strike Force will not appear at all) at the same time for everyone at completely random intervals ... If my memory serves, the armor exotics every season are tied tot he actual expansion, not the season. Regardless, I wouldn't be surprising if it was just weighted like lost sectors, not actually knockout. Same. It is heavily weighted, but not a 100% chance.Classified Item. Yesterday (5/24) there were 5 Vex Strike Force events outside of the wee hours of the morning. They were at 8:30am, 12:20pm, 3:00pm, 5:45pm, and 9:00pm (all times Eastern). The day before (5/23) there were also 5 outside of the hours you noted. Four of them were between 6:30pm and 11:30pm.

I have been maining strand since it came out and every time I've done a vex strike force with strand on my game crashed so I tried one with arc warlock instead of strand and I just barely made it through, there was one strand hunter playing in the same instance as me and when we got to the 3 minotaur bosses in one spot I got pretty big lag spikes .Three new pieces of armor was added in Season 22. This armor only drops from completing legend/master Lost Sectors solo or the Vex Strike Force event (once this armor drops it can drop from any source).
