Warm water + soap + pump (pressurize) and then spray around with engine hot. I keep the spray pointed instead of wide. I cleaned the area around the valve cover a bit to see if it comes back. i also went underneath the car to take a few pics of the oily oil reservoir. Couldn’t tell where the fluid was coming from though.
