Start bike for 2 minutes and turn off. I hold bike straight up, after it's sat 5 minutes. and fill to middle /top line in glass while holding bike straight up. If you're buying oil just get 4 qrts, just because :grin.
Based off my forum search, the K7 750 has a spec of 16.5lb-ft. I saw someone recommend the Craftsman Microtork Torque Wrench, but I need a point clarified. If this torque wrench is rated 25-250 in. lbs., I guess it would work since I'm looking for a torque of 198 in. lbs.? (16.5ft * 12inch = 198 inches).

I went with the shop recommended Motul 5100 15W50 oil & Vesrah oil filter. It was a pain in the a$$ getting off the old oil filter - the oil wrench I was using (see pic) wasn't cutting it.
