The Touring is a 3.5 V-6, and the 300C is a 5.7 Hemi. Off the top of my head, you'll need to swap the Touring engine harness and PCM over, and it'll take a little bit of work to mate the 3.5 to the 300C exhaust. One potential major problem is that the Touring could have the 4-speed 42RLE transmission, as opposed to the 5-speed NAG1 in the 300C.

The Charger, Magnum, Challenger, and 300 are all the same car, and most parts will interchange. I'd just recommend getting another car though...
