Ive had amiibos work in some games (Twilight princess, smash) but not others (botw) You can get nothing from the amiibo files but fish. You need to use a save editor. Well I just managed to get Epona via save editor, might add in all the other amiibo exclusives that way too, takes the fun and RNG of the chest drops but It's alot quicker.
