On Monday I called armed with my reference number and was told they would get back to me. Well, it’s 8 PM Friday and here I am writing this review and checking other Medicare Advantage plans so I can get the heck away from Humana. For your own good, do NOT use Humana. I gave them one star because I couldn't give them negative five.
