13 posts · Joined 2015. #5 · Sep 30, 2015. I haven't heard about this recall on the 2013 ford escapes. There is one for 2015. but that's because part of the instrument panel wasn't working due to a software update. not the whole thing. my entire cluster was dead. Newer cars more problems.

Hello everyone, I just updated from 3.3 to 3.4.20136 ANZ in my Eco Sport MY 2019 Titanium, this one has climate control on the dash (automatic not the manual one) and this was not available on 3.3, As far as I can see this could be working on the screen on this version (3.4) but it is not showing right now, I just wanted to check ... The touch screen in my wife's 2013 Edge limited stopped working. The screen still works its just the touch that will not work. The back up camera comes on when it is shifted into reverse. But we can not use any function on the screen like the heated seats or changing radio stations. Any ideas???
