Alternatively, replace river betty with creep cluster and you get damage + paralysis. I usually use the fish though because paralyze gets resisted a lot.

If you arent seeing ANYTHING that isn't vanilla, it's most likely a Leveled List issue.

The penalties are higher than iNeed, but also onset slower. iNeed jumps straight from full/quenched/rested to debuff, where RND has a step in between with no buffs or debuffs. RND does have an overeating debuff, though. RND also slightly modifies cooking, so does some of what CACO does on the cooking side.
