Now, upon reassembly, the slide will not go all the way back because the hammer is down. I did not try to push the hammer back in fear of damaging anything. The safety on the SEC 9 pivots from the front of the safety so you have to push up and down on the rear of the lever to engage it. To put the safety on use your support hand because you're done shooting and it doesn't matter which hand you use. Don't try to be mr.cool like the gun reviewers it's ok to use two hands.
