The Premium seats are wider and have a good amount of legroom.(not the person you responded to) I also saw every seat unavailable on the app seatmap this past week for 2 of my flights, and both went out completely full. The C+ "Unavailable" seats ended up with Basic Economy people in them. Funny enough, delta.com showed which seats were truly blocked vs occupied. YMMVYes DELTA is blocking access if the seats have not been release by Delta revenue management for upgrading. On both of my flights in and out of San diego no seats either way were release by Delta revenue management so there were no upgrades at 5, 3, or 1 day, and as a DM 2 million miler and 580,000 MQM I complained considerably.9.
