But these are intended for MD/PhD types, and the expectation is that the applicant will stay academic beyond training.I've listed some favorite resources that I found so far. Comp: MGMA 25th %ile base (~$390) + productivity over 25th %ile + additional non-productivity bonus potential. 6w vacation/2w CME plus a bunch of holidays.

In general Rad-Onc tends to be much better in lifestyle. this is highly decisive. Rad onc is somewhate more technical related, I think.
