Hello folks, I’m another technical user, with RF experience and telecom background, along with IT and electrical engineer >20yrs. I went looking for PLEX and KVD21 remote access, that may be the only bust but it is what it is. I had tried out the trashcan device, and returned it after getting ATT fiber. Honestly, I've had the Arc, Sagecom, and the Nokia. Sagecom gave me the best speeds (20mbps higher than the Arc and Nokia) and the best ping. Literally never reboot it and never have any connection issues. I regularly get 360/down and ~25 up w/o fail. The only option available is to separate the 2.4 and 5 Ghz bands, SSIDs and Passwords. You cannot shut them down. Today, I reset my Linksys to router mode and then unplugged the Arc for about 4 minutes. When I powered it back up, everything started working as expected. Speed test showed excellent up and down speeds.The Arcadyan KVD21 has ports labeled M1, M2, D, and M. The MIMO 4x4 antenna cables (on the bottom of the actual antenna) are labeled as 600-6000Mhz with half of them are marked +45 degrees and the others are -45 degrees. Does it matters which port on the Arcadyan I connect to which cable on the MIMO 4x4?

My smart TVs cannot because the KVD21 always (so far) selects a DFS channel which the TVs can’t access.
