Honestly the new F120 was the closest to the real thing. Might have even been more difficult considering how dense the stems were on the 120. It just reflects the feeling of uncertainty you’ll have on the real thing. You definitely want to accept that unease before the real day. Also make sure to work on your stamina.

The Free 120 is really similar to Step 1 in terms of layout/UI (it is designed exactly like the actual test, which is also exactly like uWorld so nothing special here) and also in terms of content.
