So After deleting files for the third time and uninstalling the game, I'm still on the loading screen and cant get past it, I dont have any mods on the files and all I want to do is play. Go to My Documents folder. There's a blade & sorcery folder somewhere here (don't remember the exact name). Just delete the folder.Now, restart the game!
