It start quickly and work well. Then it begin to be a little erratic at idle, but still ok. It run very well above 2000 rpms, but if you stay between 1000 and 2000 for a while it begin to loose power and stall. I changed the IAC valve but the problem persist. The next morning the motor started on the first try. The tachometer was not workng and the volt meter did not go above 12 volts even at WOT. I suspect the Volt Reg/Rect.

Disconect the fuel line between the tank and bulb and blow air in the line and see if you can hear, or see, the air bubbles in the tank with the fill cap removed.
