These are too small. The fast and fee shorts seams will pull a little bit at the pockets but this is over stretch. If you take a look at the first picture, the seam near the bottom of the short is also pulling. That shouldn't pull. If you take a look at the fabric beside where the seam is pulling it is sheered out.
