I did have to do some fitting and slight filing and sanding in areas and also had to do the credit card shim on the trigger group.Aftermarket slides will have different tolerances than factory, this creates the spacing between the striker sear and the trigger bar, it isn't uncommon to see this type of fitment issue. Try a different trigger bar and see if it is better or bend the sear up on your trigger bar ever so slightly. It is hard to not end up snapping it off.
