Dec 09 2016. The contact owns a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. The contact stated that two weeks after purchasing the vehicle new, the vehicle would jerk while driving at various speeds and depressing the accelerator pedal. The RPM-€™s was stuck on 2,000 RPM. There was no warning light illuminated.

Was able to jump it and drive to dealer. Dealer said it was the "2nd battery", which controls the stop/start system. They replace this battery and I drove home. I have a 2018 Pacifica limited that has been in the service shop 2 times for this problem. Intermittently at stops I will get the message “lane sense unavailable service required” then “fcw unavailable”. The van shuts down and I have to restart. at restart, the lansense defaults to off.
