I'm not particularily fond of shrooms, but with acid I go by the rule of thumb twice as much as you did the last time. So if I would eat 2 tabs of acid I would do 4 to get roughly the same effect as say two days before. You will however have to adjust this if you wait longer (maybe 3 hits will suffice 3-4 days after etc.)
