Some people have reported being able to buy fractional shares of ETFs at Vanguard but seems like it's been Beta for years. Maybe that changed recently. Fidelity allows it (and has for quite some time). The best of both worlds IMO is to buy fractional VTI shares at Fidelity. You get a better brokerage but can still buy Vanguard funds.
