I've been shooting head to head with two guys in our club that have MTR's and I'm doing it with a 457 Varmint and a T1X shooting mid-grade SK Standard and RWS Rifle match while they are using high end Eley stuff. The other day my T1X shot a 2375 ARA factory target as practice.The bravo and T1X trigger are excellent match ups. Barrel length is a toss up. Bergara is 18". Tikka 16" or 20". I have 2 CZs 1 bergara carbon barrel and a 22in kukri 360 vudoo. My 20 CZ is the most accurate when warm. The vudoo is a hair behind but shoots .3s at 50 yards after 1 shot. The B14-R is very nice in how you can configure it for shooting positional or from a bench. I don't have a Bergara but I shoot CZ 457 and 452's in factory class and use the Sinclair with a slight modification. I epoxied the height/cant adjustment to where it cannot move. I set the rifle level with the leg adjustments. It makes for a very steady platform. For the rear I use either my PQP adjustable rear or a Protektor bunny ear.
