Like on the official yuzu mods site ik that the Luigi mansion 3 mod for 140fps only works on the newest update ... Maybe the mod is for an older version do they have a mod for that version or a way to unlock the fps to 60 without the ctrl U trick cuz that just speeds the game up way too much.
