I think the fact that they are iconic or whatever and can be remade isn't necessarily connected to this but there is, they say, a bug relating to iconic items with this flag. I haven't tried it yet because the crafting and upgrading options were so awful. I had the iconic “Plan B” weapon currently in my inventory still that it DID allow me to craft. I never plan on using this gun so I ran a test by dismantling it. EDIT: Thanks to a redditor. I found a way to fix this. This bug happens if you do the quest called "The Gift" and if you get the quickhack chip but then dont finish the rest of the quest.
