Stateroom was larger than a 'balcony', as advertised, & the additional space was welcome. The aft of the Epic is straight up and down, so the suites on every deck are the same size. It’s really about how far up or down you want to be. Keep in mind that Spice H2O is aft, so you’re more likely to hear it the higher up you are. We were on deck 10 and my mom was on 11. Both locations were great!

Posted February 18, 2019. No Starbucks on the Epic. Atrium cafe and the restaurants serve Lavazza for espresso and espresso based drinks. I only drink strong black coffee, either espresso or french press made with lots of coffee. The espresso on the Epic isn’t to my taste; I find it thin, lacking body and tastes sour.

On the Epic, the bartender (at the main lounge) was very reserved. People rarely stayed to chat. The bars by the pool and in posh changed a lot and were very hit-or-miss.
