So it does much less damage. With the Dual Wield Feat, you can dual wield any weapon, as long as they are not tagged as heavy.

Dual wield builds arent really considered bad, but they are more often than not, less optimal than two handers, feat dependant, stat hungry and gear dependant where other builds usually work better with less.
