Primary: my favourite internal bleeding weapons are daikyu and quellor. Otherwise a true slash weapon wound be convectrix and normal/tenet flux rifle. Secondary: epitaph, tenet spirex, catchmoon, tombfinger with hemorrhage. Melee: pick any weapon with slash bias over 40%. My favourites are sepfahn zaw and dual ethers.
