USPS has horrible customer service. People are rude as heck. I had a package held for pick up last week and they still don't know where it is. I have been given the run around for days. I was told it was at Twin Rivers location I went there, they said it was a W.Broad location so I went there, they said it was at Twin Rivers so I went back there.
Among three states where I have had a po box, this is the poorest performing post office. I repeatedly experience supervisors who lack candor. Most recently, i had two deliveries and they only gave me one. I had to pickup in the parcel line that is always unreasonably slow because the workers cannot find deliveries.Last Collection. This post office lacks modern business sense. They list phone numbers but never answer the phone. On that all too rare of occassions when they pick up the phone they can't help you, at all. Should they offer to take a message, don't bother they never follow up, ever. You must complain to USPS main offices in Washington DC. I am not kidding.
