If you do 9 hours of upt and one of pto a day you’re golden. No. You can in a way. 3 no call, no shows could get you fired even if you have 30+ hours of UPT. Outside of that, no it won't get you fired but as someone said you'll be deprived of the better indirect jobs like Problem Solve if you're not reliable.

Upt is know as unpaid time. Full time blue badges use upt instead of a points system. You used to get 3 minutes of upt for every hour worked so if you work 10 hours you'd get 30 minutes upt that day. Now it's 5 minutes of upt which means you'd get 50 mins of upt per a 10 hour shift. When using upt it always took 1 hour.
