Nope. GT7, like GT Sport before it, is Always-Online DRM. Without an Internet connection the game verges on useless. It’s little more than a demo. GT7 feels like a circit racing game without car culture or surious racing simulation. In Gt sport you used to be able to go into a lobby and drive your car with others. Or have a serious race with skill, and real driving effects. They are also all games that don't have any licenses attached to them. It truly is a DRIVING simulator, not a motor sports simulator, and this is good to know going in. If you’re looking for something more traditional I recommend the F1 series or Project Cars 2. the real joy of the game is in building up your car collection over time, taking photos and enjoying replays.
