Got a 12 LML crank no start with actual meeting desired rail pressure. Just a few things. I feel I have check everything. Here is what I know. It has a new left rail with from GM, so new pressure sensor and FPR #2. Has a Fleece lift pump supplying lots of volume to pump. I have a good verified with scope cam and crank signal.

Typically an electronic air shut off gets its RPM signal from the crankcase sensor; however for 3.0 they had to disable that part of programming because getting to the sensor requires major dismantling of the components around the engine.
