I had my first ultrasound last week. I thought I was 6 weeks, but there was only a sac, no yolk sac or fetal pole and it was measuring 5 weeks. We'll I went back this week and we saw a adorable little bean with a flickering heart! Everything was fine, I was off on my days about 3 days.
