I noticed that in the config the mystical agriculture jsons are in a folder called agricraft. Agricraft contains definitions for Mystical Agriculture plants per default, but apparently not for the inferium seeds. You can create those yourself and add them. Add the MA seeds to the GC and they don't grow. Remove the MA seeds and add wheat seeds and the wheat grows in the GC.
