After that I did Comquest CE and COMAT Questions = 92% (100th percentile for reference) and then on the COMAT there were probably 40 ish where I had to guess (30ish percent) whereas on truelearn I guessed on like 2-4 per block of 20 and comquest I guessed like 5-10 times total.How accurate are the NBOME practice questions for COMAT exams? I took EM comat my 4th year. I spent the entire month watching kdramas and the night before the comat I took a red eye across the country, landed 2 hrs before the comat, got to where I was staying and fell asleep during the comat for a little bit.
