I have this same problem with my 2005 Honda Odyssey (168K miles)-- nothing works after a rain--08-078 service bulletin seemed to address the problem. Have taken it to West Broad Honda here in Richmond, VA -- after 3 times in the shop where they followed the directions in the Tech bulletin, still have the problem.
Step 1: Turn the main door switch to "Off". Step 2: Remove fuse #7 from the driver's side and passenger's side fuse box. Step 3: Remove fuses # 7 and #15 from the primary fuse box. Step 4: Leave the fuses disconnected for at least 30 seconds.
